Although this doesn't apply to me the only complaint I have heard is of the way the night staff treat (or ignore) people who want to use the toilet at night, shame because you are well treated here otherwise.

I was daunted before my first appointment, but the nurse put me at ease. She was very understanding and helpful giving me exercises to self help strategies which have helped such a lot. The care I received was excellent. I have no suggestions.
